I visited Wagamama in Doncaster with a party of eight. While I ordered both a starter and a Pad Thai for my main course, my experience was quite disappointing. Although everyone in our group had received and eaten both their starters and main courses, my main dish never arrived. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, I decided to cancel my order.nnDespite the staff offering a free dessert or drink as compensation, I had already lost interest in eating and declined their offer. We left without leaving any tips due to the poor service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning to this location even if the service and atmosphere as well as the company was amazing.
I feel like all my prayers have been answered finally having wagas here in Donny!! The food gods really have delivered. Tonight we visited the preview event at the new restaurant. From the minute we spoke to greeting host on the door our experience has been one of the best. The food has been delicious and our waiter Ruva spoke us through the menu and has made sure we have had the best visit. To say this is newly opened you would never knew the team are extremely competent and have everything in order. Already planning our next visit
This was an absolutely perfect Wagamamas experience. The location is perfect. The food was epic. But above all that, the team were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly and delivered wonderful service. This place is the place to be. This is what’s been missing from Doncaster. Big shout out to Ashleigh who was our server. She was the cherry on the cake!
Food tasted amazing but wish portion sizes were bigger. Staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helped with any issues or questions we had. Atmosphere was great, although more for groups of people. All tables are 4+ seats so if attending as a couple, you may be on the same table as other people
This wagamama always has great food and top-notch service. I just love how the place looks and it feels so homey.nnI went on the first week they opened and they’ve never dropped quality in any way.nnThis is the perfect place to eat for any occasion; a family dinner or even just a quick meal before bowling or watching a film next door.nnThe prices aren’t bad for what you get, and it’s always presented beautifully.
