Often short-staffed with very long waiting times in the que to get a seat but the food is always absolutely lovely. Everything fresh so doesn't come out at exactly the same time but we'll worth the wait. Staff are friendly and everything is clean and fresh. Kid-friendliness: Our 6 children love it here. They are always given colouring pages and crayons. Easy child chopsticks make eating here more fun of course and highchairs are available. Good selection of children's meals. It's definitely a lovely place to eat out with the family while shopping, etc.
Great selection of food. Always great service from a dedicated professional team. Quick food especially when we eat with the grandchildren. Always torn between having a curry or sweet dish.
Some of the best vegan food I've very had. So delicious and filling. If you haven't tried Wagamamas new vegan menu, you're missing out!
Second time visiting this location and being 8 months heavily pregnant I have to say the customer service from staff was great. One colleague who seated us made sure I had seating with a back to support me better then the usual bench style seating. The colleague who took our order it was her first day and she was great she was very bubbly and honest about it being her first day so we gave her the numbers on the menu to help out. She was also very reassuring asking if there was any additional food requirements that she needed to be away of with being pregnant. The food was delicious as always and came out really quick. Overall great experience. The extra attention to detail was much appreciated and made the experience comforting. Will definitely be back. Thank you lovely team!

Came to eat here last week, was pretty busy as it was a weekend but didn’t have to wait for long to be seated down. Very positive and full of smiles Beata took a great care of me and my friend. She was happy to recommend me something that I very much enjoyed. Will be back again!
Good range of food. Not a massive seating area so can get very busy and have to wait for a table. During non busy times it's easy to get a table. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Food was good.
After my son was crying lots, I was thinking of leaving I’d only been sat down for 30 seconds and then a lovely manager came over and tried to play with my son and asked if I wanted to order food right now, this immediately relieved some anxiety about the situation. I am unsure of her name unfortunately, but it began with an E and she had curly hair…excellent experience because of that lady and of course the food was delicious and quick like always. Kid-friendliness: Not a single member of staff made me feel uncomfortable for my screaming baby, which made it a lovely experience.
The staff were absolutely lovely. Despite it being busy they took our order straight away when we got seated, the food came within 10 minutes, everything was perfect. Kotryna was so lovely to us! 10/10
Sat here for around 50 minutes now waiting for food. One of the fryers is down and so other cooking stations busy, but in these situations customers should be warned about the wait when ordering. If I had been I would have gone elsewhere. The food when it eventually came was good.Food: 4/5
