The food was absolutely spot on. The staff were friendly and looked after us really well. Will definitely be returning

Wegamama Horwich it was our mistake! We took 2 large soups and were terribly disappointed!!! Guys, 1 soup costs £17.50 20€, but it is ordinary instant noodles like dosherak poured with boiling water, pulled beef of which there is almost no does not match the picture on the menu in miniature a couple of pieces of kim-chi and a couple of sprigs of cilantro. And for 2 such soups 35 pounds...?! The gyoji are ordinary, but they were brought cold!!! I don't want to pay money for something incomprehensible!!! Why do you include tips in the bill and force me to leave them??? You brought me something that is not worth this money, and I should give you a tip? Я не вернусь и не советую! Еда не стоит своих денег!!!

Excellent food made to order! I’m a big fan of Wagamama from time to time it’s great to have a nice hot ramen. it’s on the pricey side and the only negative thing I can say the service is not great staff is always busy and forget to bring you things like straws when needed.nnHowever, the food is great and fresh and the cooks deserve credit for it! I would definitely recommend the beef ramen hot pot it’s great on a cold day.

Our trip to Wagamama was amazing! We decided to go as a family to try it out together and it was worth it. The food was sweet and delicious as well as the drinks! Staff were super kind and our food came very quick. I will definitely come here again if I have th3 chance to. 5 Stars

Great food all round. But...nTook a long time for the server to come over. She looked completely disinterested when at the table. Then, longer than usual for food to come out, edemame doesn't take 20 mins & a ramen and a donburi shouldn't take nearly 25 mins.nPreface this we were one of maybe 6 tables in at this point.nSat well into the restaurant but was still very cold, unfortunately had to keep coats on. We weren't near the door either.nAir con needs shutting off in winter or turning up to heat.
