The staff were exceptional here. Very polite young woman walked me through the menu as I don't often eat this kind of food. Very helpful in helping me choose and the food that came was fantastic.nI really enjoyed the décor of the restaurant, a nice place to eat!

Been here twice now and enjoyed it both times. The second time was a busy Saturday night and food came out straight away so really good service. Our waiter seemed to hate his life  but the others were fine so maybe he was just having a bad day but overall it's always been a really pleasant experience!

The restaurant appearance is beautiful, nice and approachable staff, an ideal place. The food is a pricey but it’s worth the price.

I had a gift card to use at Bolton Wagamamas and I unfortunately couldn’t leave a review with Wagamama team so hear is my review for the best Wagamama in the UK. Big up to Jarek, Jodie & Ebony for looking after me and my family. Always welcoming into an ever clean restaurant. AMAZING food, Super nice & friendly staff who always go above and beyond! It is NEVER a dull moment at Wagamama Bolton and both me and my son, if we could, would eat it on the daily!  Thank you for your warm hospitality and Big up to the kitchen staff who work their magic behind the scenes - you are seen but not forgotten from my household to yours! The food was lovely and the staff only checked on us once which was good. There's nothing worse than eating and people keep coming up to you asking about your food constantly. We went early so there were only a few people in so can't really say about the atmosphere. Will definitely be going again soon.
