Visited here with some friends and there was a bit of wait for inside seating but you could seat outside. It was definitely too cold to seat outside, when it as our turn to seat down for a meal. Ordering was straightforward but payment wasn’t as straightforward, the QR code was not working and had to pay by card. Food arrived quite quickly and everything was delivered together. One of the meals had no chicken as described but they offered to start a new meal or add the chicken separately. We opted for the additional chicken and arrived quite quickly, which was nice of them.
Absolutely amazing place. First time visiting and loved it. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere with friendly staff to assist you with any questions you may have. Food was out of this world so flavoursome. Definitely will visit again. Parking: There is parking in the centre of the designer outlet, which is just a short walk from the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance here.
Had to wait 30min before getting a table. The wait area are the outside tables with heat lamps which barely warmed you up. Good thing the food arrived quickly and the green tea is free. The restaurant layout is too crowded for me as they were mostly high bar tables like a school dinner hall.
Went to have a lunch yesterday. I didn’t have to wait to get a table. Foods were great, met our expectations. Staffs are friendly and easily approachable. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
It was alright! Never had it before, maybe next I'd try out other things on the menu. There was the calamari that was pretty spicy and delicious, could have had that as a meal.Food: 3/5
Always always a smashing delicious meal. Had a bottle of Asahi, some chilli Squid and the duck donburi, friends had a bottle of beer each too, some veggie side, a vegan main and a chicken katsu curry. Total bill came to £60.25 which I think is rather reasonable. I didn't take any pictures of their food.
Superb experience. Filling food with authentic tastes. No need to book. Very straightforward to pay. Love the ramen options. Lots of vegan options as well. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Sometimes some dishes are not available and you're made aware of that as soon as you're seated
Amazing squids, Yakisoba noodle, donburi and yummy fresh juice. This place is usually busy, nice seating outside.

Pros-food is absolutely divine! They normally have such an excellent meat free option service is always with a smile and even though they are always busy,the staff members are always attentive when Iv been and Iv never felt rushed which u may get when a restaurant is busy. Heating available with the outside seating Cons-food is very pricey.
