A normal train station that is served by Southern trains which go towards Epsom London Bridge and Victoria. The ticket hall area is a average size which has limited opening hours along with the ticket office. There is no ticket barriers at this station there is disabled access to platform 2 only getting to platform 1 has a footbridge with stairs.
It does its job. Trains going towards Sutton are step free but not going the other way to London and I have never used the main entrance only the side entrance as the main entrance with the ticket office I have never seen open before. It's an alright station but if going towards London you have to go over the footbridge and the station has a shelter but I just wish the main entrance was actually open. Nevertheless a decent station with a decent amount of trains with trains to Epsom and Epsom Downs, in terms of the amount of trains it is underated.
Waddon station provides connections towards London Bridge and London Victoria, as well as towards Epsom Downs and Sutton. The ticket office is occasionally closed, but passengers can enter through the side entrance located between the car park. The station and all trains serving it are operated by Southern Railways. Situated in Zone 5, between West Croydon and Wallington, the trains are typically punctual.
It's OK. Ish. That's being nice.nIt's got a Mcdonald. A very busy road. And a few off licence shops. There is a station.nThe best thing in Waddon is Wing Yip closely followed by the ponds and then there is a pinball warehouse which is cool. Maybe meatballs in IKEA but that could be Beddington Maybe?
I like getting the trains but sadly trains don't run on time but the train service is probably affected by other services etc.
