It is one of our favourite places to visit with the boys. We have had our eldest sons party here in the past. The staff are so friendly the food and drinks are very tastynnWe have been visiting here for years. It's always spotless. The staff are all so lovely. We love it here
Visited for a special Barbie themed morning.nnThe staff were attentive and pleasant and happy to assist.nnIt was clean inside and all the attractions were available and working.nnIt wasn't too busy but enough to make a decent atmosphere.nnThe only negative I can give, was that there wasn't enough food available for the 'Breakfast with Barbie' event. Or there probably was, but I saw many groups hoarding food and then half eating it, which seemed like a waste.nnThe food distribution could have been better policed.nnOverall, a pretty good time had.
Son loved it but jacket potato was raw so am not eating there again accept that he loved it xx
Booked the early bird ticket for £1 for my 17 month old.nOn entrance we were booked in and shown where to go.nMy toddler had a fab time, especially in the ball pit. Mostly for older kids but plenty of footballs and little bikes around and other toys. Good toddler area with a ball pit and plenty to climb on.nCafe on site.nOnly criticism is there seemed to be a lot of visible wires and plugs and some access to behind the inflatables.
One of the best places to take your kids for some fun. All the staff were friendly and really helpful and supportive of my autistic daughter. After we finished bouncing and we went to the upstairs bit to eat my daughter started vomiting everywhere and Leah H was really helpful and started cleaning assuring us everything is okay and she had it under control and put us at ease offering us water and asking if we were okay she is an assett to the team of staff and needs to be recognised awesome place to go 10/10 would definitely recommend
