Partner and myself went looking for a replacement mobility carnSpoke to a sales person and told them what we were doing and looking for and we were told help yourself try any car you likenIf we require help just asknFound 3 cars that are suitablenSpoke to sales team and service department and left very happy with the service they provided
Absolutely shocking communication and no update on car when it was delayed have not been contacted unless I have emailed or rang even then doesn't do what you ask them to do ended up cancelling application and going elsewhere would have better customer service from a dog avoid at all costs.nnEnded up getting a Skoda and had updates the whole way through the processnnWould 10000% avoid especially if with motability have copied and pasted as put on motability page by accident and want people to know how rubbish the customer service is and that you do not get contacted unless you hound them
