Absolutely Five Star !  Price competitive, staff full of "can-do" attitude, and carried everything gently. Even improved on the assembly of furniture pieces in the new house and were generally a calming influence on a stressful day.

Used WM Foad for a move from London to Canterbury.  They were the only moving company to visit both sites and correctly diagnose all access issues.  The crew were professional, friendly and incredibly careful with our stuff.  We moved into a newly decorated house and they literally didn't cause a scratch or scuff.  Would highly recommend.

We used Foads removal service and found the staff friendly and professional but beware of their Terms and Conditions.  Overtime starts at 5pm and unfortunately we did not receive the key to the property until 4.45pm.  The crew were very efficient and finished the move at 6.15pm.  However we were charged an additional 2 hours overtime as there are no part hours for 3 men costing us an additional £216.

The third time we have used Foads, and they come up trumps every time. If you want a removal firm to take the stress away, then look no further. Their staff are so polite and helpful, and always go the extra mile. Brilliant

Fantastic service. Competitive price. Did everything they said they would and more. Turned up on time. Used Pickfords before for a different move, Pickfords were hugely disappointing. These guys made up for it. And they didn't break anything. And they took the beds and wardrobes down and rebuilt them in the new house, which is phenomenally helpful.

I cannot recommend Foads highly enough. Moving house is stressful enough, but they made moving our furniture etc a stress-free experience. The guys who moved us were professional & courteous from start to finish.

I really would recommend the storage and removal service I received at WM Foad Whitstable. However I inadvertently forgot to cancel my standing order with them and on the 20th July £160 went into their bank. I emailed got not response. I called Monday 25th. And called today and response was I have not had time to do it may be tomorrow. So admin side of service is poor.

Absolutely first rate service throughout. The attitude of the guys was terrific an absolutely 'can do' approach on the day. Would recommend them happily. Jerry Pickering
