Great customer service. Were willing to deliver a new washer/dryer to my address 20 miles away, where I was unable to purchase one locally on this occasion. They happily took away my old one. New machine purchased and delivered all in the same day, saving me from a laundry nightmare. Very pleased. Thanks!

First Class service from a local company. I purchased a Sony television this Monday afternoon from their store in Blairgowrie. The sales person was very knowledgeable and offered to deliver and set the television up at our house for no extra cost. This was done within less than 24 hours by a team of 2 installers who were also very professional. I now have a television with a fantastic picture, which is great for someone like me who hates reading instructions to setup new products.  Thanks again W.M. Coupar, I will certainly recommend you to anyone else looking for electrical goods.

Objective~~~~~~~~To buy a new washing machine. The time elapsed between crossing the threshold of the shop in Blairgowrie and putting the first load in the new washing machine _______________approximately 6 hours!!!!!!  Polite, professional, knowledgeable and able with ease to fulfil my requirements. Why go to the faceless multiples when the friendly personal service here makes the shopping experience such a pleasure. I even felt quite happy to part with the money,  pricewise on a par with other retailers servicewise streets ahead. Well done to you and your staff, Mark and thank you. Douglas Graham.

Emailed W. M. Coupar late Sunday evening to express my intention of buying a new washing machine. Mark called me 09:30am Monday morning and my new washing machine was delivered, installed, old washing machine removed and taken away by 11:30am.  Amazing!! Where else but in Blairgowrie could you expect such excellent service. Both Mark and the two lads who delivered the machine were first class, politeness itself and professional to the highest standard. My sincere thanks  to W.M.Coupar and staff Vicki Watson

Called into shop at 12.30 after discovering my Fridge/Freezer had packed up overnight. Bought new one and by 4.30 the new one was in place and the old one taken away. Fantastic customer service as always. Would not go anywhere else for appliances. Mark and the team are all fantastic.

Bought a Beko fridge-freezer. Very simple process, saw it, bought it and was delivered and put in place 4 days later. Excellent service and excellent price... Same as large on line retailer but much nicer to deal with human beings. Will definitely use W M Coupar again and would recommend to anyone.

Recently bought bosch washing machine.  Really quick service and installation. Very impressed. Great to speak to people who know what they are talking about too.

Fantastic customer service! My fridge freezer gave up and I rang WM Coupar in Blairgowrie. By 3:30pm and after first class help from Alan, my new fridge freezer was in situ and the old one gone.  Alan was very helpful and informative. This is why I always go to WM Coupar rather than the big groups. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant local store, which has earned the respect of and saved the day for many locals over the years. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly over the phone, and provide a level of service that would be impossible to replicate at a large chain store. A classic case of buy local, buy the best.
