Fantastic shop in particular for revision guides. Has an amazing wide variety of them, which I needed. It is now my go-to WHSmith store, instead of Arnold. Due to the store being in the city centre, I received a McDonald’s voucher strip when I was paying for my items, which I think is amazing customer service. I would highly recommended this store. I have read some older reviews, but based on today’s experience, I believe this store may of improved. Most important of all, the cashier was polite, so I definitely recommend this store.
Unfortunately it doesn’t allow me to give zero stars. Otherwise they would deserve zero from my experience I had twice at this store and the staff. I called for assistance from a staff member, she heard me and very visibly looked at me but then turned away and walked off ignoring me. The person with me also tried and also got a similar response but this time knowing her ignoring would be too obvious she responded but in a very cold and rude manner. Please train your staff about customer care, unfortunately, you have lost some customers.
I’m disappointed with this post office . Most of the staff have attitude issues. Today 30/12/22 got to the P/O waited as it didn’t open until 9 am . So already a queue . Yet the staff drinking and chatting even thou it’s gone past 9am.. hello your meant to start serving. I gave up and once the self serving machines came on I used that. This P/O since it’s moved as become rubbish.

Great shop, great customer service and helpful staff. The shop overall is a bit expensive but as always good quality and short queues, lift to upstairs which is always helpful
Not been in for years, it's as I remember it, everything you need is there.
A good range of stationary products. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing that really let's the store down is the dim lighting. Prices are higher than online but if you need something quick it might be worth paying the premium.
Everything is neat and tidy and the staff are very helpful. The products here are quite expensive but totally worth it. This is honestly one of the best quality shops I've ever been in. Perfect place for when you need some stationary, books, toys, sweets etc.
