I have had several jobs done by Chris at WF PYE Motor Company over the last two years. Chris replaced bumper/wing strip on a 2020 SEAT Terraco and the only substantive cost was the part and he ended up charging less than he originally quoted for labour. The photos attached are of the Mercedes A35 AMG, Chris replaced the rear valance and aligned my bumper on my AMG A35 and did a sterling job, one would not have known it was ever replaced . He also repaired, repainted and blended wing on my Volvo V40 which was less than a year old at the time, after some numpty hit and run it in a car park. The quality of the job and finish were amazing, I was convinced I may have had to replace the wing on the Volvo, but Chris reassured me that he could repair it. This was plus for me it kept costs down and the result was a testament to his skill & craft work, I genuinely could not tell it had been repainted and repaired, the crease lines around arch were bang on and paint blended with other panels. The quotes for all his work are honest and fair and the level of professionalism makes you feel at ease when leaving your pride and joy with them. I’m popping in morning with my new toy a Golf which is in need of a minor cosmetic touch up on a wing and I’m sure to be posting a review on that too.

My love affair with Volvo started 2006 after driving an S60 T5. I vowed i would one day own a Volvo, after long hard saving I got a Volvo v60 R Design D4 and I am obsessed with it. My car needs to be on point as I drive a few times a month back to Newcastle upon Tyne. So when the cambelt, service and MOT were due the volvo dealership it usually goes to was just a little bit too expensive to justify. I used the Volvo owners club forums to research for company's to take the job on. Quite early into my research WF Pye became a front runner among the garages i looked at in both the Birmingham and Newcastle areas to entrust my pride and joy to. Whats my thoughts on WF Pye after having the work done? . Well by the 5 start rating you can guess where this is going , the whole experience was on par with the Volvo main dealers, great service, staff that understand and share my passion for my car, I have found evidence that Volvo parts where used. So will I be going back to Volvo main dealers next year for its service and MOT? frankly I don't see the point WF Pye are doing a great job, so see you next year lads, take care, Thanks Geordie.
Took my Volvo XC90 D5 here for new swirl flaps , excellent service , very friendly and knowledgeable staff, absolutely recommend this garage will be using again when required.
I am been using WF PYE motor company for servicing and other work on my V70 and my wife's Seat Ibiza , I have found all of the team to be knowledgable polite and courteous. Communication excellent throughout process, should they discover work that needs carrying out they always ring for authorisation and explain in detail the work that required and cost before they undertake the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any work that you may require.
Great place . Very knowledgeable staff . Good prices and they only do what's necessary. No unexpected add ons. I always recommend them to anyone that ask.
Firstly I would like to mention that I'm not a huge social media person as i never have the time but I will review reviews and that is why for the first time today I used W F Pye Motor Company and these guys will be looking after my car from now on. The Previous independent garage I used for about 8 years had become very sloppy with there work and customer service so it was time to find some where new and Genuine! I would just like to mention that I was a mechanic some 30 years ago so I'm no fool to the motor trade. When I first called the team at W F Pye to book my car in for a interim service I explained that I required a specific spec and type of oil that was suited for my car and they agreed with no problems. When I drop the car off today I was greeted with great customer service and not treated like i was just the next customer / job to be ripped off! When I collected the car I got talking to the guys and discovered that they are all time served within the motor industry from a good heritage of motor manufactures and do enjoy what they do which to me was amazing. The car had a full health check and it really did as so many garages just tick the boxes on the check list but they had found that my rear brake pads are low but not dangerous and will need changing soon and I knew the pads was low as the hand brake needs to be applied one extra click when parking now. So long story short W F Pye are now the garage that will be looking after my car from now on and if you feel that your current garage just isn't the same anymore or just looking for a first time garage use these guys! Trust my review!
Took my car for a service. W F Pye have restored my faith. They did everything they said they would in a timely manner and their prices aren't bad either.
Just picked my car up this evening after some bodywork repair. I've been using these guys for a number of years now. Not once have I had an issue. Chris is straight down the line when it comes to the bodywork and I know my vehicles are always in safe hands. Had a good chat with Chris and Nick earlier. Genuine guys and I thoroughly recommend WF Pye whatever make or model you own.
Usually garages tend to be run by moody staff just interested in making a buck - not these guys. Very friendly and knowledgable about Volvo cars. I took my car in 2 weeks ago and the member of staff still remembered what they had advised on it when I rang back today! They really take pride in what they do and the cars they work on.
