Used Gary and his team at Autotechnik for a cambelt change, water pump and aux belt change on my Audi A4. Really nice guy, very knowledgable. Gave me a car to keep me on the road. Thought I had an issue, offered to take car back. Went back to the garage to discuss, he bought my old part out explained why I experiencing a different temp in car etc.. went on my way with a great piece of mind. Run a diagnostic for me before handing car back on both occasions. Also updated Audi systems with the work completed. Will definitely use the team again. Thanks guys
Highly professional, great experience. Gary and his team are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their customer service is beyond amazing. My 2011 Skoda Superb was taken in for a major service, DSG gearbox oil and oil filter change, brake fluid change and to diagnose excessive oil consumption. All of the tasks were completed perfectly, I'm very happy with the service received. When dropping the car off, they listened to the problems and then gave a preliminary opinion of what the issue might be. After the service, their hunch was confirmed and they were very helpful in setting out the way to resolve the issue with the car and gave a really detailed and clear explanation of the problem, making sure we understand it all. Definitely recommend them and we will be sticking with this garage and coming back to them. Once again, thank you!
Gary was extremely helpful. I had taken my car to Fast Fit in Kings Heath 3 times to get my binding brakes repaired. £000's spent and not fixed so I took it to Autotechnik and they fixed it first time. They charged reasonable price for the work - they were honest, they listened and delivered the goods - car was repaired to a high standard and they didnt try and add on extra work when there was an opportunity to do so. I would trust these guys again and their professionalism and competence is very high. Thanks Autotechnik for fixing my car and saving me a lot of stress. I contacted this garage, Thursday afternoon, and booked in for a diagnostic check as my Catalytic warning light came on, on my VW eos. I am over from Jersey and in the midlands on a family emergency. My vehicle was diagnosed and part ordered and fitted within 4 hrs. I cannot thank Gary and his team enough as I was really reliant on my car, before returning to Poole for the ferry next week . I cannot recommend this garage highly enough, customer service, knowledge and helpfulness was all 2nd to none. I thank them again.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
Great work done by Auto Tech. I had a vibration sound coming from my Audi RS3 near the engine which I thought was the fly wheel instead it was diagnosed with a minor fault. Would definitely recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Staff at autotechnik were very helpful. I had an airbag light on which was sorted eventually . We had a chat with Gary about it and it must have like trying to find a needle in a hay stack . Thanks guys much appreciated.

I will not be back. The quote is higher than a main dealer and they say including VAT, when quoting, but when you pick the car up they then add VAT of which makes it a lot more than a main dealer.Service: Auto maintenance
