Quality sound and picture as expected, and the fully reclining seats are very comfortable. Parking on the complex can be frustrating as it's so busy in the afternoon, so picking a morning start time really helps.
Great seating, which is very comfortable. Yes, the number of seats now in the cinema has been reduced, but the price for this is to lay back in comfort with legs stretched out whilst enjoying the movie.
I made a huge error with my ticket time and the manager helped without any drama. I love Blackburn way but only ever use the Bolton one as its so much nicer, cleaner and has friendly staff.nToilets are clean too!! makes the difference!
Huge shout out to Vue Bolton and the lovely person who helped the 3 of us out when we made an error with the online ticket purchase. Really kind, no fuss - a solution was identified and I was even reimbursed for the difference when it would have been possible to say sorry you made an error and will need to repurchase. Instead I appreciate the way we were treated and will return more going forward. Thanks
