I had a great time seeing toy story 5. Really clean facilities and the seats are very comfy. I got served by a really nice young man called logan. His service was amazing. He is really polite . I do reccomend, vue cinemas. 5

Great town center cinema with 6 screens. Parking free after 5pm, else get free parking voucher from cinema counter to validate in the machine. Next to Sainsbury's and you load eatables to watch movie. Only thing to note is that drive up and down car park is spiral road which is head turning one.

I love it will keep coming back as no other cinema able match it in the 5 star standards I leave in my review

I saw wicked: for good on the 21st. About 5 minutes into the film, the sound cut out, turns out the speakers had blown. ? It was resolved and issues were refunded, and I had no issues rescheduling for later, the staff were great. But, the sound was out for too long before anyone came in and told us what was happening. It was probably around 8 minutes of silence.nnMy other complaint would be the ladies toilets, not the cleaneast and the soap dispenser was broken, the other empty. I did go back and it was fixed, then it was broken again. Popcorn was also in the sinks. I appreciate it can be hard to make sure these things don't happen, but it was after two hours, and I was not going to miss any of the film that I had paid for notifying staff. Surely someone should have checked by then?nnAlso, buying a cup for 15.99 is justified in my opinion. But 5 pounds extra for a drink inside? Bit extreme.nnOverall, the staff were friendly and helpful, but there could have been some improvement.

Oh not likely to visit again, think you should be informed the a/c isn't working before hand on a 34c day. Also a really unpleasant funky smell noted everywhere. Could be AC related I guess but all felt rather grubby in there I'm afraid. Toilet facilities need some attention/bleach . Not keen.
