Difficult to rate this more than a two. The entrance is pretty modern, as is the walkway to the cinema screens. Staff are friendly and all was good that end.nnThe screen screen 3 is pretty old and not at all modern. All seats are at the same level and look up about 15 ft to the screen, so if there’s a head in front of you, you’re a bit stuffed.nnThe leather seats don’t recline, armrests don’t move, some are broken leather…and the heating wasn’t working when we visited in November so coats remained on.nnSad times…nnIf this was helpful, give it a like so it can help others Have a nice day!
Great local Vue cinema, good prices and offers on tickets but added food and drink can get very expensive. All the latest films are shown here. Plenty of parking and disabled parking right out front, but all parking is chargeable with a pay and display machine. Disabled accessibility is excellent, as all on the same level. Staff very polite, cheerful, and helpful. All screens, seating, and toilets were all very clean, and all public areas were clean and tidy too. It was a great visit all round .
Very disappointed with the VIP seats. Far from VIP! Broken leather, dirty seats and floor, seats do not recline and are exactly the same as the normal ones but they’re leather. Hardly an upgrade. Not what’s advertised on the website at all. Overall it felt very unclean, we won’t visit here again.
Very comfortable and clean cinema, friendly staff and really enjoyed the movie. Not too busy. All snack and beverage items are available, although they were quite pricey even when purchased together in a 'deal'
Wish I could give this place minus stars!nnHeating wasn't working, it was 5° outside and it was absolutely freezing sat watching the film. Good thing we brought our big coats. One little portable heater didn't do anything. When the film began the picture wasn't working, so alerted staff and then the sound didn't work. When it was all eventually working it was difficult to sit through the film due to shivering from being so cold. Staff behind the counter pretty miserable and moody. Slouched over with their head in the hand. Just looked like they didn't want to be there at all. The seats were filthy and outdated. All round a pretty rubbish experience and won't be returning.
