There were at least three mice in Screen 4 near our seats which were VIP seats.nI don’t think I have to say more than this to justify the 1 star which should have been zero stars. I managed to take a pic of one of the mice as a proof if you zoom in you can see it at the back of the chair on the floor
If you want to go and watch a film. This is not the place. Constant disruptions from other costumers talking loudly and on their phones. No respect for anyone and I don’t get why they would even bother going to the cinema, if they have no interest in watching the film.nStaff are on another plant. We ordered and the guy forgot our order within a second and continued to serve other people and then acted clueless, when we asked how long we would have to wait. The only good member of staff was the guy collecting the tickets. Horrible experience and wouldn’t go back
Food is stale. Hot dog comes in a banquette. The crispy onions was in a protein shake cup. Just buy the packets snack cos that was probably the worst popcorn I’ve even had in a cone.
While £5.99 tickets for certain seats seems like a good deal, this is a worst case example of “you get what you pay for”. The whole place is in desperate need of a refurb, the staff seem pretty clueless, but what ruins the experience above all else is that you are guaranteed to have an audience who are disruptive, phones out constantly, talking loudly, treating the place like their living room with zero respect for the other patrons. The cheaper tickets brings in a dire crowd. An absolute mess, I won’t be back.
Today I arrive at the cinema expecting to go through a smooth transition through the entrance to my seat however this did not turn to my favour as I would usually expect..nI’m greeted by my Islamic sister who I see on the daily whenever and I arrive and she greets me by saying “ID!!!!!” I say sister I left it at home with my cousin and she dosen’t believe me I try again and again and she gives me a dirty look saying no and I’m like what.She has troubled me and have gifted me with excessive trauma from that horrendous experience an Islamic sister would let another go however this one wouldn’t 3 billion people on this globe and this one still says no. I’m absolutely appalled by this cinema DISGUSTED. I’m still left with trauma from it.
