Been an absolute headache of recently, all of the staff use the place as an opportunity to exercise their power and make other people feel small … projection is a REAL THING.nnIf you get it you get it !!nnAbsolute shame, spent a lot of my good money and all they do is argue, square up, get cheeky and laugh in my face when I state my case.nnWhat happened to the customer to being right ?nnAnd what is this place a night club ? To be demanding a child who is evidently 15 for ID, the cheek of saying “I’m not saying he’s not 15, he just looks 14” wow man said a few months off and then say “Try Cine world”nnThrowing shade to the competitors are we with a smile ?nnUnprofessional, rude and unwilling to listen and just regurgitate condescending nonsense !
Once you work your way either by lift or the escalator up to the Vue foyer you see a vast space with windows overlooking the High Street and buildings and it was great as the sun was shining and lit the foyer up ! You got your kiosk for your refreshments from an array of confections from ice cream to crisps and drinks etc. You can purchase your tickets at the kiosk if not booked on line , you pay a little extra for that.
Sorry to say but from review what I left before 2 years now tottaly useless stuff just one in the payment-tilts and I go straight away on the freege for Ice cream and the useless think what was there refused to come and call me to go to the cash till and order from there where the freege was 20 metres away. So I needed to choose from 5 diferent tastes to tell to that thing what I want. Next time no't gone be Vue for sure I think Cineworld is time to change
There for free SKY movie, Ordinary Angels. Cinema fine but my seat was really noisy, so had to moved. The toilets really needed cleaning. All a bit grubby.
The cinema it self and Cute some chairs are broken. At the bar inside they are thieves. A small bottle of water £3 I dare not imagine anything else.
