Good cinema. The screen was nice, sound was good, but I don't think I experienced surround sound. Pleasant experience, expensive popcorn but cheap tickets. Toilets were clean too. Friendly and helpful staff. There's ample parking and next to Conway Park station.
Not been here in a long time but last night came to watch the GHOST movie and your staff were extremely friendly and the place is really clean. Only thing that did annoy me is the amount of adverts and trailers before the movie. Went on for over 20 minutes it was ridiculous. Keep up the good work guys.
Great parking and priced for families. Lovely staff. Kept nice and clean by the staff. My! do they work for their money after families just leave all their litter, sweets papers wrappers, drinks, etc.all over the floor and seats. Everytime we go I just get so shocked and disgusted how people think that's ok to leave their mess for others to clean up. Takes just a little consideration to take it with you and put it in all the bins that they provide. Well done you guys who work there.....you deserve a medal.

This Vue, is relatively small in comparison to some. Booking online was really easy. On arrival the parking was easy too, I have a disabled mum of 74yrs and we parked in a disabled bay - close to the building. The entrance hall is clean, well laid out, no steps, push button disabled doors. When we purchased our treats it was a simple transaction we were able to use debit card / cash. There are no stairs to the actual screens until you get into the viewing screen - where you'll find your booked chair. The toilets were clean and well maintained. The seats in the screening room were clean, in excellent condition, the surroundings were clean too. The staff that we interacted with were professional and smartly dressed. 5 experience
We celebrated a birthday in Vue Cinema Birkenhead today and the amazing staff brought some barrier posts for our red carpet to make us all feel very special - and keep the paparazzi on distance ; A day to remember with a super funny movie Mummies - Discover A New World on a fantastic screen Studio 7 and very comfy seats. With super fair prices at Vue we had the opportunity to invite lots of guests without blasting the budget. Definitely my No.1 Cinema!!!
Sad to see a cinema in this state. Cinema room smelt like urine. I wanted to ask for a refund but the kids didn't so had to bare it. And the staff had to be told to turn the lights off when the film started. Never seen that before.
The staff is very friendly, the cinema is conveniently located and reasonably priced. The reason for the 3 stars is due to it needing a bit of refresh, other cinemas on the Wirral have a lot nicer seating including recliners etc, the premium seats are not worth the upgrade in my opinion as they are in poor condition
The cinema is fine - comfortable seating for large screen viewing with usual refreshments available. Having said that, this was our first visit and parking arrangements one or two small-ish car parks with pay and display up to 6:30pm weren't as we expected. It was also deserted, albeit mid-week Thursday which is worrying.
Love the vue. It's always spotless It's so reasonably priced. I like the small popcorn trays for the kids with a drink and a chocolate bar for just a couple of pounds it means everyone gets a treat
