Been to The Odeon, Everyman and now Vue. This is 100% the best setup I have visited so far. Really nice bar area. A wide range of drinks and snacks at an affordable price. Multiple screens available with the most comfortable seating. Can't wait to go back
This place is amazingly good! It was a lifechanging experience and I look forward to going again! I recommend to anybody that likes chilling in comfy chairs or watching movies with family or loved ones. The chairs are comfy, the snacks are delicious, and the staff are all really nice! I would rate it a 10000000000000000000000000/5 stars if I could but I couldn't address the awesomeness of this cinema. Please respond if you see this. :
There is an option to get an upgraded seat, which is more spacious, but we were satisfied with our seats. The seats were comfortable although there wasn't a lot of leg room. The theater wasn't full, so our view wasn't obstructed. Everything else was fine.
Vue York..nBest value cinema for York with better prices than the rest of York cinemas can offer.. Good sized screens in all auditoriums and good seats with good visibility to the screen. 12 screens good choice. Draw backs are well out of the City Centre unless you have a car it can be a nightmare getting there and back by public transport not great at all. This cinema built for the times of out of town locations would now benefit massively to relocate near the City centre and would prove popular with there good prices for seats.. Worth the effort if you really want to see that special film for a great price and experience.
Visited on Sat 27th Jan - we were served by Mal, who was absolutely amazing! Cannot fault his customer service! He wished me a happy birthday, and served our snacks with a happy smile! Thanks Mal!!! You're the best!
