I visited here on a Friday evening to see a film with my teenage daughter and mum. It was a very good experience.nnThe foyer was clean and tidy and the staff were pleasant. The prices were the same as you'd get in any cinema these days, so all I can say is they were industry standard.nnThe screen itself was very clean, we chose middle-tier priced seating and it was extremely comfortable with reclining seats. I wouldn't see the need to upgrade to the most expensive tier.nnI would point out you have to go down a couple of flights of escalators to get to the foyer and main screens, but they do have lifts to enable access for all. I only point this out as an observation, it was in no way relevant to my rating but could be relevant to others.nnI would definitely go back to watch a film here again in the future.
The Vue cinema is absolutely fantastic! I adore the reclining seats, and the cinema always seems to provide a wonderful experience, offering a diverse range of films that always seem to find something that piques my interest! Always eager to buy the 'tango ice blast' whenever possible as well
Hidden in the town centre, this cinema offers a comfortable and enjoyable movie experience. The screens are large and the picture quality is clear, making every film feel immersive. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring the visit ran smoothly. Concessions were standard, though a bit pricey compared to other local options. Overall, it’s a reliable place to catch the latest releases with a good atmosphere.
This is my favourite cinema in the area. It's spacious, suitably clean and I love the new seats! They're not only comfy, but you don't feel crowded or like you might elbow your neighbour at any time. The drink cooler is fabulous too.nOur only complaint on our last visit for LOTR Two Towers was the power outage that was relatively quickly resolved but meant the movie was restarted about 30mins before the point it stopped at and the lights were left on for a very uncomfortably long period of time where it was hitting right in our eyes and led to a migraine.nAll this aside, still my go to cinema.
One of the best cinemas in south London. Reasonably priced tickets, spacious, and every seat is a recliner. Only downside is the speakers behind some of the screens sometimes carry such heavy reverb that the image has visible ripples. Not a deal breaker, but noteworthy as it's an impact to the biggest perk of the cinema experience - the high quality visual experience you can't get at home.
