Going into our 2nd year of a food business came the stressful time of PAT testing our appliances. However the whole process became incredibly easy because of the professionalism displayed. The work was carried out at a time to suit us so as not to disrupt our normal working day and was done with such speed and precision to make it such an efficient experience. During the PAT testing everything was explained to us to make sure we understood what was happening to make sure all of our appliances were safe. One plug socket was noticed to be damaged so asked if this could be changed and was no problem at all. Couldn’t recommend enough if you need any work carried out and looking for a professional service from someone who genuinely cares about the work they undertake

We had a problem with some lights in our home a few months back. We called several people who were unable to come to help as soon as we needed, and by chance found Volt Tec on Google. I can’t tell you how fortunate we are to have found them. After sorting out the first problem we had quickly, with total expertise and in very genial and reassuring way we had them back to do a full safety check of the property and a few other bits and pieces including fitting new lights, putting new cable in the loft and fixing an issue with a snagged wire under the loft floor boards. It is a wonderful thing to find someone who is so down to earth, dedicated to their work, reliable and trustworthy all at a very good price, and I know that they will now be our go to electrical company from now on. I would recommend Volt Tec electrical contractors to anyone who wants work doing. They are a pleasure to deal with. We honestly can’t recommend them and thank them enough. I would be very happy to tell all of my friends to use them and feel confident they would to be satisfied.
