Helpful receptionist but took friend to view their campervans and staff were all constantly busy & had to wait for their "expert". When he arrived 1.5 hrs later he only been doing it a month & receptionist knew as much from own personal experience. Plus phones weren't working. Attitude was lax generally though looking to spend £30k in few months. Seemed to slip someone in before us too. In end, spent 2+ hrs there trying to find out what needed to know and expert seemed quite negative. Then felt we overstayed our welcome. Not very helpful even in peripheral Qs. Room for much improvement esp when looking to make such big purchase. Disappointing.
