We have recently been on 3 weekend trips with Voel Coaches. To Edinburgh and Carols at the Royal Albert Hall with Steve. Just back from York with Alan. The shuttle service was good, as were all 3 hotels. Steve and Alan were both polite, informative and helpful. We look forward to more weekends away with Voel Coaches in the future.
Excellent experience booked a 5 day excursion no problem member of staff very helpfulnWe had a fantastic trip it was our first coach holiday but won't be the last. The driver Paul was excellent always on time and there was never any waiting around for him or passengers. We had excellent day trips out would highly recommend Voel.
Excellent service. We were collected from Prestatyn by minibus and taken to catch our coach at Voel offices.nnThe journey to Chatsworth was lovely, wonderful scenery. Steve, our driver, gave us various information on the waynnWe were dropped off at Chatsworth House and advised what time we would be collectednnWe had 51/2 hours to ourselves. We went into the House, walked around some of the grounds, saw the lovely Christmas market and finally walked the Illuminated Walk, before going back to the coachnnThe return journey was in the dark and when we arrived at Voel offices some passengers got off the coach. We remained on and Steve drove us back to our original pickup pointnnIt was an excellent day out and we definitely recommend Voel Coaches
ABERDYFIn1 - WelshnCoast andnnHi so the 5 star is for John our Driver today who earnt his money the drive back was over 4 hours a long time on roads where concentration is paramount ,, hope his next trip is a sleepovernnIf ther was a star rating for itinerary zeronnI know what we booked but I feel timeings we’re all out for the planed route and for this we arrived at the craft centre 5 mins after it had closed, we certainly didn’t have an hour in delays we should have a least had an hour to look around however bless John he managed to find us a Starbucks futher down the road for bathroom break.nnWe didn’t get what we paid for basically the pub/hotel was homely but not necessary maybe if we had done the craft centre 1st .. then the coastal view . Stunning with blue skies very amalfi coast then on to Barmouth for fish and chips … it may have worked out better as Barmouth has longer opening hours !!!nnMy review is no way detrimental to a great service I know voels provides in general to the local community but that was a long day for very little reward … more for John than us xn#keepcoaxhing
Excellent day out today to Liverpool on Voel Coaches. Our group of 50 members all over 60 yrs of age from Abergele hired a coach and driver for day and the service we received was fantastic . Our drivers Bear and Samantha fantastic , nothing was too much trouble . They assisted some of our less mobile members on to coach and made sure everybody was happy comfortable and safe before starting journey . The coach was on time both leaving and picking us up for return journey . Credit to Voel and a big thank you to Bear and Samantha .
