The people who work here are generally quite friendly and helpful and helped me with my phone thinking I was in Spain, which I originally thought was completely ludicrous absurd and nonsensical, however it turned out that it was just due to my SIM Card when I was on holiday I was not in Spain though, lol so my iPhone thinking I was in Spain was ridiculous Despite this, they do not have many options at all for people who cannot afford and/or do not want newer phones!
After trying to solve my problem online, I decided to go old-fashioned in a store and I definitely do not regret my decision. The staff was experienced, friendly and helpful and on top of that the manager was a bless. I recommend this branch 200%. Great job guys, keep up with the good work!
The staff here could not have been more helpful in helping me with my queries, and they were fully transparent with how their products matched up with competitors. The shop has step free access from the main concourse, but no customer toilets are available

I had a 1 day old Samsung S10 over heating. I took it to this store and I have to say I received one of the best customer service ever. The manager did all she can to make sure I left the store happy. Very friendly staff but once again the store manager and the level of service she offered was amazing. I would definitely go back there sometime soon for 1 simple reason; these are the kind of people I would love to deal with after the sales completed in case I run into problems with my purchase. Definitely recommended.
