Very bad service comparing with few ones I received here before.
I was client of Vivian Avenue Dental Clinic for long time, maybe 10 years or so.
Dr Larissa build-up one tooth,  but accidentally scratched  next to it, and refused to fix it( I have asked to lightly polish it, but she said that she will not do that as I will not like it ) so lightly visible scratch left.
Also had to ask twice to polish tooth she built , as she said she cannot do better, but not beautiful rough lines was seen, so after second polishing I kind of liked the result, but I should not ask Dr to do they job better, Dr should do the best always in the first time but not only when client not happy.
Offered me job she done for free, saying that I should go and find another Dr if I don’t like her job, which was abusive, I came there to have good results but not for free no good service, I can afford to pay for my self. 
Maybe it was not good day for her but any way she should not act as she did.

Me and my wife visited this dental practice today and left feeling rushed. The dentist’s assistant was friendly enough, but the dental check up, scale and polish seemed hurried and the dentist’s handling of the dental equipment felt forced. I was gasping for air every time there was a build up of the air/fluid, and never did the dentist ask if I was ok, or to reassure me prior to the work that if I needed a break to let her know.

Once the check up was done, I was given a rushed explanation of what they found, with no full explanation or x-rays shown like other proper dental surgeries have done in the past. 

I left feeling unwelcome as the dentist just said her goodbyes from another room and to get my teeth checked regularly! (clearly they don’t want customers to return in the future).

I will not be coming again. There are better dental surgeries elsewhere.

Went for a checkup with Dr Sami. She was very good - professional and friendly!

I went there with a Groupon voucher.
Very professional and hardly any pain which is unusual for me, and didn't try and sell me unwanted items. 
Def going back.

I was shocked after visiting Dr. Larissa. The worst dentist, which I visited in my life. Bad approach to the client. Also damaged my gums and cheek. After treatment began to ache tooth and gums. I must refer to another dentist for help.
