Stopped here for dinner while we were staying in Windsor and had a truly lovely meal. Delicious food, cozy atmosphere and great service. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in Windsor again.
Great pizza in authentic Italian. Staff very friendly and caring
Another fantastic evening. Our table was booked for 6:15 and we were then going to the theatre however there had been a bad accident on the M4 and we were well over an hour late. Dana and Max kindly kept our table. We decided to for go the theatre and just enjoy the wonderful food and soak up the atmosphere. As before the food was beautifully cooked and presented. Thankyou once again Max Dana and all the staff you make us feel like old friends.
Me and my partner went to the Italian Steakhouse, he ordered the beef steak & myself the chicken arabiata. He said his food was delicious and supple. I myself loved the chicken, it wasn't dry or bland. However, I do think they can improve the tomato sauce, it wasn't spicy at all and too tomatoey. The owner was lovely! He was so friendly and made us feel at home, the waitress and all the staff in general were so sweet. We would definitely come back for the food, but especially because the staff are such nice people.
Good service, friendly & welcoming staff. Spacious & comfortable dining room. Food delicious, can recommend the pizza. Dessert was to die for! Prices extremely reasonable. I am definitely coming back & bringing more people with me.
Delicious, fresh Italian food. Pizza was great and the pasta too. Child friendly and served any of the adult meals in child size giving my kids lots of interesting options.
Went in for three pizzas - two Calzones and a hot fella. The toppings were fine, but the pizza bases were amongst the worst I've ever had - really hard and needed a jigsaw/steak knife to get through it. I have eaten at chain restaurants and Italian family run restaurants. My advice - just go somewhere else. He fills up Trip Advisor with spurious friends who say how good the place is and slates anyone who finds any fault with his place. It isn't good. Self indulgent and over-hyped. Staff are stand-offish - efficient but not friendly
What an amazing truly family run restaurant. My wife and I along with our 7 month old just visited this evening and the place just epitomised what unique customer service independent-run family businesses really can provide. I think with all the chains in almost every industry in this country we tend to forget what we have missed out on by the loss of such businesses on our high streets. Well, this italian is still around. And great authentic food of course. Refreshing to walk into an Italian restaurant, be seated by an Italian waitress, have my order taken by the Italian owner which is then prepared by an...Italian chef! You get the idea. Go here.
What a beautiful place. Right outside Windsor Castle, prices were great, my burger was standard, everyone else's pizza and pasta were out of this world. Hand made, stone baked. Best bread I've had in UK.
My girlfriend and I had such an enjoyable time at Viva L'Italia last night. The staff were friendly, especially Massimo only negative of the night was I couldn't say thank you and goodnight for such a wonderful experience!!. We ordered Brushetta to start, and were recommended a second dish consisting of aubergine, tomato and cheese which was stunning! A bottle of the Sauvignon Blanc to match and we were happy bunnies!! The food was prompt and fresh, the dough of the bread distinctively Neapolitan and the wine was crisp and fruity. We couldn't order any mains too stuffed!! but the limoncello flute was a beautiful end to the night. If you want excellent quality Italian food, fresh ingredients and quality service, look no further!
