Great atmosphere my stylist is Kirsty shes fantastic. Their all great really friendly and welcoming. I 💘 the place wouldnt go anywhere else 😁

I was looking to get my ears pierced and decided on Vitos. I've never used their services before but I thought i'd give them a try. The piercing went well but the service from the woman who gave me my piercing was horrendous. I've never recieved such horrible customer service until that day! Clearly she did not want to be performing the service and spent the entire time with a sour expression on her face, occasionally barking instructions at us. At one point she even shouted at my cousin! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life. Looking back, I wish I had left the store or said something but I was in shock. I WILL NOT be returning and will advise others to avoid this salon. My only regret is not taking her name so at least others would know exactly who it was! Such a shame as the (different) woman who served me at the till was lovely. Unfortunately even she couldn't save my vile experience.

Prices are extortionate... £130 for a baliyage to which I hated when first done as didn't feel like they listened to what I wanted at all... they corrected it for me though so I was happier. Called today to ask how much to get just my roots done and it's £72.50!!! I couldn't afford it and asked if I could please have the information off my record for which colours were used so I could find somewhere cheaper and they could match the exact colour. Vitos refused to give me this information though so won't be using this salon ever again... Way too pricey imo!! Bad form not to give me the information off my own record they hold for me too!! Oh well they've lost a customer now that's for sure :(
