Visitor centre is okay, Coffee shop average with good coffee and not so good bacon rolls.

The information from staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Items from the information shop are quite expensive, but expected at a tourist hub and geared towards our exports (Harris Tweed, Oor Willie) The centre is kept clean and tidy. Toilet and changing facilities are next door in the Falkirk Wheel visitor centre.

The centre is very accessible and well positioned. The staff are friendly, extremely helpful and polite, they are very knowledgeable about the local area too. They actively promote the Tourist attractions in the Falkirk Area, and have even created a map directing people to the Kelpies.
