VisionWest is an absolutely fantastic caring place for all walks of life and situations. The staff are awesome and treat you with dignity and respect. The have family services, counseling, budgeting, curtain bank, uniform bank, food bank, emergency/short term/long term housing, training and a community meal. They care about people and are happy to help. It is easy to get there walking from the train station in Glen Eden, there is also a bus stop outside. This is the number 1 caring centre in the west.

I come across VisionWest during covid self isolation, they provided me a whole care package the second day they called me, in a difficult time like this it’s really helping not just supply wise but also spiritual wise, I’m very grateful big thanks to these amazing men and women helping society the way they are
We wish to wholeheartedly thank Danielle of the Food bank today for her caring and loving support, smile and help she and her young apprentice today. She not only answered our questions for help but walked us to key people, then had a colleague make a phone to arrange an impromptu meeting, as we were lost. We had a positive meeting and she had assisted us with a food parcel and we left with a task to do and food for our family. A call back was completed and relevant questions answered thus we all are currently moving forward. Again Thank you Danielle and Vision West.

Service is supposed to reflect christian values and the philipino coordinator lies about staff and forces them to go far places , especially casual staffs.

Terrible service, no communication. Can’t believe these people work with our most vulnerable people. Just a money scamming of acc and our hard working taxes.
Great friendly people, others helping others in their job the maintenance man help the ladies with our parcel even a cutting from a tree awesome friendly many service's to help with making life easier brighter nd lighter. Thanks vision west hold my head high instead of looking at the ground. God bless all.
