The place was nice and clean exactly as advertised. Self check instructions was very helpful, easy to access.

One of the beds in the room advertised as a twin room is a manky fold out sofa in the kitchen. The place looks NOTHING like the photos posted on the Google advert in fact I'm pretty sure they aren't even the same building. They are also filthy. All in all a grotty little hovel.

Absolutely repulsive establishment with appalling compromisation of comfort and security for guests. No reception/physical management to speak to. Before providing me the key code to the room, I was asked to send a photograph of my debit card on whatsapp. It's not even a company phone, just the personal phone of a member of staff (Ioana?) as it has a photo of her as the profile picture. She also initially claimed she was just a member of staff with no power despite being listed as management on cards inside the hotel. First room offered was diabolical. There are kitchen units in many of the "suites" in the building, however the fire alarm was ripped straight off the ceiling in our room. There were crumbs all over the carpet and hairs in the bed. The grotty little bathroom was cramped, not ventilated and was breeding black mould patches and the smell caused it to be unbearable to be in. Management claimed there were no more rooms to transfer to, however a quick search on laterooms showed there were still rooms available to book for that night. After being caught out on this Ioana gave me the key code for the other available room for me to look at. As soon as we walked in the door the overpowering scent of damp and black mould from ANOTHER vile bathroom hit us immediately. My partner and I had travelled from the other side of London already so with the help of laterooms we negotiated with Ioana to having that room for the night, but receiving a full refund for both nights due to the appalling conditions. However when Ioana claimed to be processing the refund... she had actually also taken another night's fee completely without my consent!!! This was not agreed upon based on the fact that both rooms were truly unfit to let to the general public. My partner and I left later that night upon discovering the bathroom door doesn't even close, he cannot use the toilet with the door closed as it is so cramped, finding a multitude of hairs in the bed and a smell of cannabis being smoked creeping in from other units. We let Ioana know of our departure however she chose not to do the right thing and refund our money. I contacted them today to remind them that they have to refund the money they randomly decided to take from my account and she stood firm that she's charging me for the night and hung up the phone on me. You know a hotel is appalling when you have to contact your bank to block transactions from them because you fear them stealing more money from you. I've left this review to save you all the trouble of discovering a hotel that offers mould infested, grotty hives of rooms, compromises your safety by requesting photos of your ID and debit card sent to personal phones resulting in you having to spend hours trying to find yourself alternative late accommodation on a Saturday night (ended up being a midnight uber to my mother in law's house) and spending the next day having to contact your bank as well as making reports about the truly shocking conditions in the hotel to trading standards to try and get back money they've stolen from you.
