Highly attentive and caring staff. Catherine took the time to listen, take notes and really understand my health concern. To feel acknowledged and heard when experiencing illness is important and that’s exactly what Catherine offered me. I recently had the pleasure of using the services at Visionary health compounding phatmacy and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and customer service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile and prompt attention from the staff. George the pharmacist took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner.  The pharmacy also offered a wide range of products and services, including a comprehensive prescription compounding service. I appreciated the knowledgeable and professional approach they took in ensuring that my medication was compounded to my exact specifications and needs.  One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the use of technology to streamline the process. I was able to easily refill my mom prescriptions online, receive text reminders for refill, and even track the delivery of my medication to my doorstep.  Overall, I had an exceptional experience at Visionary health phatmacy and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality pharmacy. First time I walked in I was greeted with genuine friendliness and by very helpful and knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to assist me and make things as easy as possible. Every time since then I have had a similar experience. I would highly recommend Visionary Health.

If you are wanting Dr Rosch and you think this is him it is not, the photos are of Lighthouse health hub, he did not move. Visionary health is separate and different and misleading people with the fact they have “moved” across the road, when only the business name has changed and moved across the road. If you would like to attend the compounding chemist that has been there always, it has not moved and is not Visionary health, this is very misleading and just deceptive. The store in the pictures added to the images on Google are of lighthouse health hub, don’t be misled.

Good and easy service, they seemed to have the compounds that so many other pharmacies didn’t have in Newcastle.

After ten years of suffering from fibromyalgia I finally found somebody who is helping me to get better on long term by getting to the roots of my problem. Other healthcare practitioners were always just trying to keep the pain under control with no much success and telling me that there have not been enough research done yet on my condition to cure it. After I talked with Sarah from Visionary Health, she suggested a therapy and after only 4 weeks I feel amazingly better. The constant pain and inflammation and the brain fog are all gone. I still have occasional short remission but in general I can walk and work and think without struggle again. I feel like a miracle has happened. Thank you, Sarah, for your advise and Visionary Health for your products!

I was so happy I found this place, finding any where that knows about what I have and making creams that could work plus adding extra information is such an amazing help that I will eternally be grateful for. The staff are kind, patient, friendly, take all the time necessary to talk either in person or on the phone with out rushing. Prices may be a bit higher but it is so worth it just to get the help, and creams etc needed. Thank you to all staff at Visionary Health.
