Had an appointment at 2. Noone attended the desk for over 10mins. When I was finally served they said it was over half way through appointment and had to reschedule. There was "nothing they could do". Never witnessed such incompetence.
Amelia was very polite and helpful when I was getting a pair of glasses. I had an excellent experience and would definitely shop there again.

Worst costumer services ever!! They don’t care about their costumer and they are give you false information about you’re product’s. After one year of collaboration with them I’m very disappointed! Please double ask what you need to know !!!

Booked online to be told that someone would ring and confirm a specific time. Didn’t receive a call so I rang them just to be told in a very blunt way that they have seen my request and they can’t accommodate the time I selected. Poor service, lack of care.
