Excellent advice and assistance during eye test and on choosing new glasses. By joining the eye care plan I was able to obtain two pairs of glasses with all the enhanced options suitable for my complex prescription. I would not have been able to afford such top of the range glasses without the plan
Whilst on a long w/end away, popped in to look at some specs. No intentions of an eye test. However, I decided to go for it, the cost was reasonable. I was pleasantly how quick and easy it was to get an eye test and a pair of glasses of my choosing. My glasses will be sent to my home town a few days later. Great ppl, great service would highly recommend Vision Express to anyone.
Had such a lovely experience at the trinity vision express. Everyone is so lovely there and treats you with the utmost respect. I was there earlier than the appointed time and my eye test was done so quick, I left by the time it was the actual appointment time haha. The staff are very nice but I was waiting for over 30 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen. The eye test also took a lot longer than it should. I was late back to the office as a result. Total time including waiting was 70 minutes.
Excellent customer service. It is always a surprise, a nice surprise, to receive positive and friendly service. Unhappy with a competitor, i decided to try Vision Express. Not only was the service better, but the pricing structure and offers are excellent, and the member of staff who looked after me was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent service all round - had extensive eye-care appointment followed by selecting frames. All staff very friendly, patient and professional. Made what might have been an uncomfortable experience an absolute breeze.
Went in having stood on my glasses and needed them fixing. Jason helped me out quickly and efficiently and with excellent customer service. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with my glasses fixed and a complementary glasses case!
