What a good company 8 sets of blinds fitted in less than an hour. We've tried the rest. Either to expensive or not what we wanted. My mother had the same company in 23 years ago. And they have only just been replaced. Thank vision. Nice job.

Have been using Vision Blinds for many years and when I look round my house their handy work is hanging in a number of windows! Needed a set of blinds for the conservatory and considered buying them online and hanging myself, but decided to get a quote and yes slightly more expensive but not enough to put me off. Very thorough survey and measurement and as requested I got 3 different quotes to match my options. Now all booked in to be fitted and I'm very happy

Recently had vision blinds out to measure and fit shutters for 3 windows. Cannot recommend them enough - service was absolutely fabulous from start to finish and we’re so pleased with the finished product! Great family run business with amazing service.

New build. Vision blinds were allowed into our property before completion to measure for blinds. The gut even took a sneaky video of the house for us because we weren't allowed in. When they came to fit our blinds they did it professionally and cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn't of even known they were there! We had shutters, venetian and roman across the house and they're great. Would definitely recommend.

Popped in this morning to ask about a replacement weight / cord holder for a set of blinds they made me years ago, as one had broken and the braided cord at the bottom always falls off. the lovely guy there gave me 6, free of charge. More companies should act like this. It cost them a few quid for the parts he gave me, but its maintenance of loyalty and customer base. Will definitely go there for the next set of blinds I need making. Thank you

Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Was kept informed the whole way through the process from initial survey to the fitting. We had custom fitted shutters installed as well as a couple of wooden slated blinds.  The quality and fitting is superb. :-

Absolutely appalling customer service. I will try and keep it brief:- First visit OK Second visit shown fabrics by inexperienced installer which were subsequently identified as being discontinued despite being on display Third visit to try and forward quote, sales lady quite rude in respect of availability and options. Fourth visit owner took over and took all details assuring me that a quote would be available within a week. Fifth contact phone call to say lady dealing with the matter was on holiday could we wait until she returned Sixth contact another lady phoned to check all details Seventh contact - me chasing quote Final ,contact, after 8- 10 weeks phone message left to say the firm would not be quoting, no explanation, nothing. This firm has lost the meaning of customer care and customer service. avoid them like the plague!!

The customer service was fantastic very accommodating to our needs, as well as good quality vertical blinds installed professionally at a fantastic price. Very happy with the service provided

Not the first time I have used this company, I have had new blinds fitted today and as before I am so delighted, beautiful made, professionally and pleasent, will definitely tell friends and family and use them again Thanks to everyone, from staff in the showroom to the fitters
