Went today in there for the first time and last, just looking for some informations Staff very rude, appeared very stressed as they were dealing with too many people it was not surprisingly empty , not welcoming at all. Literally left after 5 min God bless you guys!
Very helpful staff you walk in and a stunning coffee girl greets you but wait she works within the bank very good at coffee drinks overall it is a relaxed place more laid back set up than a normal bank
Wasted 3hours trying to pay off credit cardrd balance. Impossible to talk to anyone, don't do mobile banking. Will be moving to another bank.
Really amazing and helpful staff. The space itself is very open and wide and useable on so many different levels. Was really nice to explore and have them allow us to meet here before Pride. Amazing people and staff! Thank you
friendly , pleasant helpful staff , nothing too much trouble . enquiry and transaction handled extremely efficiently and was able to charge my phone and have a complimentary coffee. great way to do financial business even if it was only enough to make sure my council tax is paid . everyone will get treated the same
Friendly, helpful, proactive and engaging. I own many businesses and many branches hate the administration of thousands of cheques each week. These guys not only take them without looking disgruntled and annoyed but they seem to value and enjoy the workload. The store manager has set the culture and given out training to a high standard and my director Jack can’t praise this store enough. Bravo to you, keep it up, virgins best branch in the north.
Second time I have been in this branch- very nice staff however the set up in this particular branch is a bit off seems more like a cafe with young girls on their phones and giggling which is fine but I was in getting large amounts of money out which seemed to bewilder the staff and there is no security in here? the girl who helped didn't ask for any ID which I found a bit odd aswell . considering changing bank after the experience and also why is there only one branch? It is very hard for people to get into manchester city centre just to speak with an alleged banker - Gentleman Yaw was very nice and met my needs I dont mean to be harsh but it just doesn't feel like a bank and I preferred clydesdale I understand everything us going cashless but things were alot easier few years ago-
Appalling customer service from Virgin Money they insult their customers and do not deal with customer complaints in the appropriate manner and sending automated letters that have not even been dealt with have received email that virgin has not sent over the complaint form or response from me to the financial ombudsman and they are waiting for the complaint letter from Virgin they have closed my complete without my knowledge please reopen this as I will be taking further action with the FCA trading standards and going to the media about how corrupt this bank is and how they treat their customers . You close complaints unnecessary and the matter has not been resolved! You do not respond letters sent or emails you avoid dealing with people as your customer service is horrendous and the bank are scam artists Trying to offer a measly 30 quid is not going to suffice re open my complaint and you will be hearing from my solicitor
Nice staff. I was surprised that I couldn’t make a faster payment using the machine inside. They did try on a laptop but it didn’t seem to be working. Much preferred the Lounge on King St , this was a bit empty and bare , lots of staff though. Would be better having Virgin Holidays in there and they could rent some space. The place just seems too big and I would be surprised if it was still there in five years.
Is this a bank or a coffee shop? Plenty of staff stood by on laptops looking busy, but only one person actually dealing with customers. What’s the point in having such a large space? If no banking is actually happening? This will be gone this time next year
