Would give zero stars if possible. Had arranged an appointment and the very rude staff member, who offered no help regarding my mother's finances, despite her being there. Totally dismissed what my mother's social worker had said. They need customer service training and urgent dementia friendly training provided by the Alzheimer's society. Other banks like Santander have been very helpful, shame all can't be like that.
Would leave no stars if it was possible. An absolute shambles. I’m here at 11am on a Thursday morning and I count a minimum of 6 staff. Only one is working as a teller and I have been here for 20 minutes already. It is the same everytime I visit this place.
Brilliant customer service which is what you need. With alot of high Street banks closing lately, I hope this one stays open
hopeless service cant contact branch by phone and on the central number t waited 20 mins on hold
There is always a queue waiting to get in and there is never more than 2 tellers, is there no one that can help out at busy times ?
The staff are always five star and will help in any way they can.
