We approached Joanne in the Westwood Cross store and explained to her exactly what we wanted. It was going to be a bespoke holiday Bangkok/Elephant Hills/Phuket so not your usual package holiday. Joanne explained from the outset that this would need to be left with her and she would contact their agency to put a holiday together Joanne took on board everything we said and provided us with a couple of quotes as we had asked. We also went back with a couple of questions and she responded as soon as she could with the answers. Brilliant customer service. It nice to have an advisor listen to what you want and deliver on that promise, as we had received online quotes from other advisor who just didn't listen to what we wanted. Joanne made our experience very stress free. I also called the TUI Westwood Cross branch but couldn't get through to them straight away but they called me back straight away. Excellent customer service
Recently booked at holiday to DR in the Westwood cross branch… All the ladies in store are extremely helpful but a special thanks to Ellie! She was so helpful and polite. Ensuring we got everything we wanted out of our package holiday.. we booked right then and there and are looking forward to going on our holiday! Even tho it was the busiest weekend of the year we was seen quickly and Ellie still spent plenty of time helping us :
We went in to pay our holiday off at this branch. We were paired with Steph. Not only was she very polite her wealth of knowledge for the resort we were going to was great. She spent so much time with us explaining all the different options of trips we could go on. A real credit to the company.
Went in not knowing where we wanted to go but wanted warm and near some shops. Joanne was really helpful and found us a holiday in Morocco, which was a country we hadn't even thought of. Nothing was too much bother and she even showed us the videos and looked up if there are lifts as my husband has copd and has trouble with stairs. Was offered tea and coffee's and never felt rushed. Came out with a holiday booked and felt looked after. Highly recommend popping in to see the very helpful staff, especially if like us we wasn't sure where to book.
It’s our year of celebration for an 18th Birthday and a 20yr Anniversary and needed some help with 2 different types of holidays. Our go to person has been and always will be the lovely Jane, who spent time going over everything we wanted to make sure all the details were correct. All is now booked and we are excited to surprise our not so little one and to also enjoy some quality time together as a couple as well. Thank you Jane, knew we could count on you x
A big shout out to Hannah. Hannah helped me book my cruise today. Hannah was smiley, patient, approachable and very accommodating. Hannah researched different cabins grades, best available prices and itinerary and answered any questions I had. Hannah explained in detail all relevant documentation to me ensuring I understood each area. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Hannah
Booked 2 holidays with TUI Westwood Cross branch the last couple of days and Kate has been fantastic, knowledgeable, patient and really went above and beyond to get us the best deals she could. So much more personable than doing everything on line, highly recommend !!
I recently booked a holiday with Claudia at TUI at Westwood Cross and could not have received a better service. Claudia was so friendly and helpful and listened to all of my needs. I walked out feeling very confident that I had everything taken care of and know exactly what to do if I have any queries or questions.
Visited the store today to book a holiday for myself and my daughter to Greece. I was served by Jane who guided me through the booking process perfectly. She also made sure that I was aware that the hotel I was booking was in a much quieter part of the resort but I explained I,d been on Google maps to check the location of the hotel. I was very impressed with the service I received and the complimentary coffee went down a treat
