Great staff who are knowledgeable about the destinations we were looking at. Went in late but they were happy to serve us and get a holiday booked.

Linda was helpfull. Though I did have a bad experience at the travel money. Dept:where a student was on duty. I shouted because I am deaf . And he took umbrage and walked away refusing to serve me. Which meant a delay. Though I did apologise he still would me. In days of high unemployment. Perhaps he needs further training in how to deal with the public. To compound matters some of the South African rand were OLD NOTES. WHICH ARE NOT USEABLE. .THANKS PAUL RA NOTCHES ON... ISLE MAREE. I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND THE REST OF YOUR STAFF WHO DEFUSED THE SITUATION. INDEED AS I PRINT. I HAVE JUST FINALISED A TRIP TO BORNEO AND BALI IN APRIL 2018 . PERHAPS HE NEEDS TO LEARN FROM OTHER STAFF.
