I had a really great experience at the salon! A lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Kally was really professional, she was recommended to me by friends, who said it was the best place they had been to in a while and I'm glad I followed their recommendation! We all had different treatments and we're all really pleased with the high quality standard at such a great price. I would definitely recommend it to all - and it's really easy to book!

I had a lovely experience at Vintage beauty. Kally was wonderful and provides excellent service! My spray tan has lasted for a whole week and was lovely and even, no patchiness or dryness. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

HORRENDOUS experience at this place!!!! I booked in for the Hopi ear candles, when I first got there the lady didn't even know I was booked in. I then was taken to a tiny hot room and was asked to lay down and rest my head, the towel on the cushion was filthy absolutely disgusting. The lady then proceeding to get the candles out of a online order package which made me think I could do this myself. She proceeded with the preparing of the candles and then without asking or mentioning she then starts massage thick oil (which didn't smell like it was for my face) and rubbed over the top of my make up which felt unhygienic. Having to turn my face over for the next ear I could feel the oil left on my face stick to the dirt on the towel. During the next ear her phone started to ring and she reached over and opened the door and started shouting and talking to another person, afterwards she then continued to massage the oil into my face after opening to door with that hand, extremely unhygienic AND whilst holding a candle with a flame in my ear. Finally to top of this awful experience she didn't offer anything to take off the thick oil on my face and expected me to leave with it on!!! NOT worth £20.00 and then extra service charge!!!!! so disappointed I had to pay for a horrible experience and awful customer service.

Made an appointment at vintage beauty 3 weeks in advance for a manicure and pedicure (for my wedding!!!) Turned up and she had no record of my booking. I was so disappointed as she had double checked on the phone that I knew where she was located. Very unprofessional and left me very stressed at a time which should have been enjoyable.
