My husband anf I visited Vinoteca Italia first time today...It was an amazing experiense for us ot was the best italian restairand we've ever been..we had a pizza...it was amazing...service is superb..staff very friendly but not pushy..atmospher lovely and friendly...only one suggetion..it very busy place so book the table before..
Love this place. Was out local Italian restaurant but still go there even since we've moved away. Pizza epic. Tartufo Amaretto to die for.

We had a lovely family birthday meal there yesterday. I had pizza which was really tasty. The dough was freshly made too. Next time I might try a pasta dish as those looked good too!. They put a lot of love into the food and the atmosphere is really relaxed.
I went for my birthday meal with all of my friends, we all ended up walking out as the staff were so rude to us. They were polite when we first booked on the phone, however when we arrived no one bothered to say hello or greet us. We were left waiting for a very long time by the doorway and were ignored until we approached them. They didn't even bother to show us to our seats they simply pointed at the table without saying a single word. When I asked to see the normal menu we were given the set menu the waiter argued and shouted saying that was the only menu we could have and then he stormed off!! It was a very expensive set menu too. None of my friends wanted to dine there after he was so rude to us so we all got up and walked out. Never again, it very nearly ruined my Birthday evening and I was very upset and embarrassed - don't waste your time like I did. Try the Spaghetti Tree in Sutton it's amazing with excellent food and great service.
Excellent local Italian with superb pizzas in particular. Don't skip dessert either as they were quite special
Have been to this restaurant several times and it is always a positive experience. The staff are really friendly and usually very efficient. I love the variety of options on the menu, especially their seafood dishes which are delicious.
We had a lovely meal here for our friends birthday. Initially on the phone the woman that took our order was very blunt, but when we arrived at the restaurant staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. They were really accomodating and helped us to go the extra mile for our friends birthday, bringing out her dessert with a candle etc. Thanks for a lovely meal!
The RESTAURANT is wonderful with the best pizza. The Deli is very hit and miss. I was charged extra for dairy milk alternative - fair enough - it was not served in a small jug... My coffee arrived practically black!! We waited 45mins for an order of poached eggs when they arrived they were stone cold as was the spinach... Despite nice presentation...
The food is excellent and it's a nice restaurant to visit the only downside is that the staff where a little slow and it took an hour and a half for our main courses to arrive. I understand it was busy that night but I have been to busier places and never waited as long as that for my food. However the food is excellent so I can let that the waiting time go.
