I’ve used the service department at Vines several times and have always been impressed. The team are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. The customer lounge upstairs is a delight:- my wife and I argue over who gets to bring the car for its services and MOTs so we can enjoy a couple of hours of peace, quiet and free coffee there.

Despite living in Beckenham, Kent I will not deal with Stephen James as I find them to be a bad dealer.  Instead I deal with Kirsty at Vines in Redhill and I will never use anyone else.  Kirsty is always polite, professional and extremely helpful.  The experience from start to finish is always brilliant and totally worth the extra distance I need to travel.  Kirsty always follows up on queries and communicates throughout.  Whenever I need to change my car I will always use Vines Redhill as they make the process totally stress-free.  Even when I find a used car at another BMW dealer, Kirsty organises getting that car to me, gives me a competitive price on my trade in and resolves any problems with the car I am buying.  I couldn't be happier with Kirsty.  Completely recommended.

It doesn't matter how many times I ask them to remove our details from their database, Scott still insists on calling, e-mailing, video messaging, texting and contacting by post (both me and my wife). When it's time to buy our next Mini, it definitely won't be through these guys - harassment isn't the best 'customer retention' strategy.
