Popped in to enquire about a necklace repair, was greeted so happily, professionally and promptly. The gentleman was very careful with my jewellery, and identified the issue almost immediately as I had struggled. My necklace was fixed there and then, on the spot, I was absolutely thrilled as it is a very sentimental piece. There was also another lady serving another customer who was lovely as well. Cannot fault the staff or service, what a fantastic place, thank you. I’ll be back for any future purchases or repairs.
I was greeted by the lovely lady,she was very friendly and helpful. I went in to get my engagement ring reshaped and re coated. I went in the afternoon and it was ready the morning after. Excellent service and price. I am very happy my ring it looks brand new.Five star service Thank you
I have been using Neimantas Jewellers for over a decade now and especially Phillip for a lot longer when he was based in Bradford City Centre. 20 plus years I’m very particular and detailed about my jewellery needs. Phil has accommodated this over the years to perfection. From orders to repairs and even selling scrap I have had some of the best and fair deals. The aftercare has been second to none. Through Phil’s expertise and advice over the years I have gained a great deal of knowledge about jewellery. I have had custom made jewellery for me and my family and they still sparkle like new. If I was to bullet point words for Phil and his staff and business then here they are: Honest Reliable Trust worthy Fair Professional Although they have another Jewellery establishment is Bradford which is excellent too, I always specifically travel from Bradford to Brighouse for business.
Went in with what I thought was a broken watch spring. Came out with a full explanation as to what had actually caused the problem a loose piece of plastic, advice that the place that had quoted me £160 to fix it was probably lying about it, and a repaired watch for free. Highly recommended - they could've easily charged me for the repair but chose to be honest instead, and I think that reflects well on the business as a whole
I have used Neimantas for years and never had a problem. I found the owner very unhelpful along with his newest member of staff. He Could not be bothered to talk to me when I asked for some advice regarding a diamond ring. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future !
Went in today to get a diamond ring enlarged and a link taken out of a watch.. he sorted both out in minutes .. amazing service and extremely friendly staff.. would definitely go there again

As always, great service and friendly staff. Called in on Friday for a watch strap fitting, and as is usual, I wasn't charged. Thank you.
I won't be using them again after I was made to look like a fool and like I didn't belong. Talked to me like dirt refused to help with a simple task of a watch link, probably can't do them. Clearly talking about me to the customers inside as I was being pointed at whilst they laughed as I left. Utterly disgusting it's a shame I can't give minus stars. Close already your disgusting degrading attitudes are not welcome in Brighouse anymore.
Can't express enough how fast and thorough they are, and I was extremely surprised by the price too in good way 5stars all the way.
