We have been lucky enough to stay here a few times. The family has always gone out of their way to make us feel very welcome & made our stay perfect. We have stayed in 2 of the 3 cottages & both were excellent, clean & very homely. We have always recommended them to anyone looking for an exceptional base to explore Devon & Cornwall.
Love it there. Jo is amazing. People who use sewing room with us, all so willing to help, tips n advice Brill. Mum and I love our days there.

Lovely farm cottages, third time holidaying here in Blackberry Barn since 2005 and it hasn't changed, which is a good thing. Great people, great cottages. Idyllic.
This is my favourite place to shop for patchwork and quilting fabric. Stunning collection of fabrics and all the things you'll need. Jo is very helpful.
A wonderfully warm welcome awaits you at Villavin. The family, food, barns and workshop/shop are first class. I don't believe anyone could leave disappointed in any way.
