The service provided by ViiSana was professional, friendly and incredibly informative. Having a personal meeting to go through all our requirements was very useful and reassuring. They took all the pressure out of purchasing insurance, and they were able to answer all and any queries we had. Having them liaise between Vitality and ourselves was really helpful and meant we felt in safe hands that we had the correct level of insurance for our needs. The ongoing support ViiSana provides is also reassuring meaning you’re never worried about forgetting something, and you feel like someone is watching out that you’ve still got the correct cover even when our daily life gets too busy to focus on it!

Lisa and her team have been excellent providing advice and assistance selecting the right product for my family and I. We now have a superior policy with better protection than previously and the benefits are brilliant. Already booked in at Champneys and used the cinema tickets :) Would recommend anyone to use Viisana's services.
