I was fortunate to visit when it was quiet because I can imagine this car park being quite challenging to navigate otherwise, with its somewhat tight corners and small parking spaces.nnI paid using RingGo since the machines don't accept cards, which was frustrating as I had to spend a lot of time setting up a new app in an area with poor signal.
In horrible condition, there were poo on the stairway, and it was smelly. There was trash everywhere. it looks like a place that no one was taking care of. The parking fee is fair. £4.4 for two hours. But it was very busy on a holiday. So people were taking turns to be able to park.
Grubby, run down car park. Must have been originally built in the 70’s so is very tight for modern cars, especially if you have an SUV. I couldn’t fit and had to find somewhere else to park. A colleague of mine found there were homeless people in the stairwell, which was unexpected and a bit uncomfortable. Worth being aware if you’re on your own.
One of the best aspects of this place is that it makes for an interesting space from which to take photographs.nnIt was difficult to find a machine where one can pay. The machine was slightly slow and other people had difficulty using it.nnThe lifts were cramped and I think that anyone with a pushchair or a person using a wheelchair would find it difficult to use the lifts.nnThis place also had a distinct odour which was not that great.
