It's a quite wide store with mist, lingerie, bags, casual wear clothes. They have testers and it's a convenient store to look at the collection they have. All the merchandise is arranged amd organised well.

I did like this store Although I was disappointed that they didn't have my size in wedding lingerie. I would shop here again as they had a good variety of styles available and the shop is well presented with attentive staff but I would suggest phoning ahead to check if they have bras in your size to save disappointment especially if you are a larger busted lady.

I went just before Christmas to find my bridal underwear. The store is big and I was unable to find any so I asked one of the assistants there. She looked at me as if I wasn’t speaking English and pointed me in the direction of the pjs! Failing that told me to look online. Was not helpful at all.

What a great service! I needed to buy some good quality underwear and to be measured to make sure it’s a good fit. I was served by Sharon and she was absolutely fantastic! She is a huge credit to the store and if you get served by her, I can guarantee you’ll be in the best hands.

I was in victoria secrets at around 4pm today 31/12/22 the staff upstairs were very kind and engaged in conversation whilst helping me to look for what i needed . They were also very understanding of additional needs. However the staff in the downstairs changing room were rude , obnoxious and quite snobby towards others its like they were looking down on people in a way . However massive thanks to the staff upstairs for being patient and understanding

Do you know what? .. customer service is changing big time .. the team in this store have obviously been handpicked to open up to customers and give great advice .. suggesting fragrances and offers that you may overlook without any interaction .. great experience ...

Beautiful ladies Pyjama set's, bags, shoes also perfume and body sprays amazing! Clean and tidy store Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend

Sadly this shop has gone down hill.  Went a few years ago and the staff couldn’t do enough for you however after latest visit staff didn’t really care stood around chatting to each other.  Stock levels poor most of the drawers empty and then a ridiculous wait at the cash desk whilst the one staff at the till was on and off dealing with a customer and didn’t think to get anyone else to help whilst the queue built up.  Will be looking else where for good quality bras as won’t be spending my cash here anymore.

Amazing shop, good quality stuff and beautiful women everywhere
