Lovely pub to have a drink and relax in. Good beer and hosts. The new owners are gradually making a good pub. Drop in if ever you are passing.

Great place with great prices. The new owners are making a real effort to make the place something special and with time I think they will manage it. The pub was recommended to me by the hotel I was staying in and at first glance I was a little reluctant to stay (I walked into the bar which has not yet been decorated), however, after a very warm welcome from the new landlord I decided to sit outside with a drink and I'm so glad that I did. Give the place a chance and you will not be disappointed.

Nice, clean local. Great beer. Tasty and well-priced, if limited, lunchtime food menu. Two separate bars and a small outside space. Dogs welcome in all areas.
