I have needed to attend A&E 3 times in the last 15 months - on each visit the staff have been brilliant- from checking in to receiving treatment the staff are professional and friendly- I have required x-ray on 2 occasions for breaks or fracture - very speedy service and little wait time -Also attending physio and again very grateful for help and support for my injury- Very satisfying to know you are well looked after and in good hands.
Amazing care from Doctors Canavan and Calvo-Til for my son. Cannot thank them enough. Also the nurses, the instant we showed up at A&E they were there for him
Great hospital with brilliant and attentive staff. We came in quite late and it was empty but as soon as we rang the bell they were super fast getting us in and out! of A&E.
Absolutely disgusting service, the nurse that dealt with us was incredibly rude and arrogant. Was more worried about a form that was by mistake filled in incorrectly. And also when she was examining my child she was so rough with her. I've never been to a more terrible place in my life. Made us wait ages aswell all whilst my daughter was ill. Before she even examined my daughter, she was more concerned on why we were sent to the A&E instead of actually being concerned with the well being of my child. I feel so bad for any other paitent she deals with.
I arrived as a visitor early morning 6/10/21 to realise I had an infection and so made my way along with my husband to A&E . Because of covid my husband was asked to wait outside which is fair enough, but, after 10minutes of arriving I was the only person in the waiting room so asked as it was a cold morning could my husband join mehe's 70 to be told no. Just didn't make sense, anyway as I sat and watched it became apparent that if you were a local you would be treated differently. I found all the nursing staffnot doctors abrupt, lazy and very dissmissive. Hope I never need them again
