The clean itself was fine but the lack of care showed, they pressed both a coat and a suit wrong and so now the hem on my coat doesn't hang right. I moved on to a different dry cleaners and haven't looked back.

As far as I'm aware the cobbler here is decent though.

I brought my wedding dress here after it got plastered in mud. It was absolutely filthy but Nick did a great job, and looking at it now you would never think it had even been outside on the wedding day! The dress has a beaded belt and not a single bead was missing or loose when I got it back. I would definitely recommend Victoria Dry Cleaners for wedding dress cleaning. They are possibly not the cheapest or the quickest, but the results are stunning!

Did a great job on my suit. I dropped it off and collected it on the same day. All round good experience.

They broke a buckle on my coat whilst dry cleaning but didn't say anything, just left the pieces in the pocket for me to find when I got home! Shocking!
