London Victoria Coach Station is fine for what it is, but it’s far from comfortable. The place feels dated, seating is limited, and the crowds can get overwhelming, especially during peak travel times. Staff are generally okay, and buses run on schedule most of the time, but the overall atmosphere isn’t very welcoming. It works when you need it, but it’s not somewhere you’d want to spend any extra time in.
It's worth pointing out that arrivals & departures are not in the same building, although maps showing all in one and on the ticket doesn't say anything either. Both buildings are across the road. Regarding arrivals. They have several unisex toilets waiting for you if you're bursting. However, you may want to wait a bit longer or pay drinks or sit somewhere of the very nice places that there are around the terminal to go to a nicer wc. If you arrive very late in the night or early morning as myself 7 am or when I suppose no cleaning staff have been in a while the toilets and washing basings are gross.
Victoria Coach Station is located in Central London and it has been a place of call for me almost every week. It is the bus station of coaches like Flibus, National Express and others. It must have been named after Queen Victoria whose reign was marked by innovative and advancement in locomotive engineering. On the other side is the Victoria train station where you also have the underground station.
As far as coach stations go, nothing to complain about, well laid out, good facilities.
