It's worth pointing out that arrivals & departures are not in the same building, although maps showing all in one and on the ticket doesn't say anything either. Both buildings are across the road. Regarding arrivals. They have several unisex toilets waiting for you if you're bursting. However, you may want to wait a bit longer or pay drinks or sit somewhere of the very nice places that there are around the terminal to go to a nicer wc. If you arrive very late in the night or early morning as myself 7 am or when I suppose no cleaning staff have been in a while the toilets and washing basings are gross.
Crowded but not super complicated. When the bus hour get closer then you learn at which gate you should wait.nNational Express is expensive. Its up to our chance really. Prices are weird. Sometimes there can be huge gap between 2 pm 2.30 pm buses. This was just an example.nYou may go to Sainsbury's to buy some stuff while waiting. Its cold inside. There are toilets and some cafes.

Ended up in this bus station because we lost our fly from London to Paris.nnWe were shocked to find out that this is a bus station in London - UK. It looks like a bus station in a third world country but not UK.nnThe presentation was not good, the service was not good. The restrooms were close around 10:30 pm.nnThe waiting area was crowded and did not look clean. The choices for restaurants or coffee shops are not good.
We had to catch the day tour bus from Victoria coach station and it was very early. We left hotel around 6 AM to catch the bus.
