The station is well organized and everything goes smoothly. However, I think it needs renovation, it is too small for such a crowd, the toilets are downstairs only with stairs and no elevator, which makes it difficult to use it with a heavy suitcase. The station itself stinks, there are few seats and no connections to charge your phone.
Victoria Coach Station in London offers a smooth and convenient travel experience. The facilities are clean, staff are helpful, and the location is central, making it easy to reach. Excellent amenities and clear signage make navigating the station a breeze. Highly recommend for stress-free coach travel!
Impressive facility with very friendly staff.nThe departure area has automatic double doors and step free access. From the main entrance you turn left walk by a couple of shops to get to the special assistance lounge. It has a push button single door to enter. The area is very spacious. The toilet is also spacious with grab rails.
Pleasant coach station. Used it for coach change for onward journey. There are food outlets available on site. The toilets are a bit haphazard and weren't in the best of conditions, which is why the coach station is marked down.
As i love to travel, usually i use train and Coach.nnNational Coach is the Most available and Fast Moving. I appreciate to use National Coach...nI'm using National Express Coach to go back to Victoria London to Birmingham..nIt's 25 mins late still I'm Happy to Use the Coach
