8 years I've been coming here, thanks for wasting my time this morning!! (Saturday 17th Feb) you've done my hair previously twice in C' absence so I didn't see what the problem was.......you obviously could not be bothered and clearly planning ahead for when C' isn't there so you do not have to do my hair in the future......does it really mattar who's client I am, I just need my hair doing.....unacceptable!!
